Excellent hospitality and concerned doctors... I consulted Dr.Kamala. Patiently checked all my reports and explained the insights and objective of the treatment and medicines in long term..

Giving treatments is a standard procedure , but getting into details for diagnosis by delving deeper & understanding the patient is more important to give a right treatment .
I presume this is in the SOP of Samatvam Diabetes Center basis my interaction with Dr. Sathyanarayana & Dr. Kavitha & the entire staff therefore confident will get right & optimum treatment post my first visit to SDC . Thx

The front line Doctors/support staff record all the details before consulting the Senior Doctor [Dr SS].

You are assured of the latest and best advice.

A lot of Research work also happens.

All the Samatvam Family members are caring and helpful. I understand that a lot of Charity work happens through the Trust.

One should keep a few hours aside for consulting the Senior Doctor , as the detailing of interactions may take longer time with some patients.
